UKRAINIAN PORTS FORUM-2019 announces a Significant Event of the HR Community
HR-Conference UKRAINIAN PORTS: PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT will be held on May 30th. This event has already become a landmark event of HR-community in 2018, initiated by the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority for the sake of developing the personnel potential of the industry.
The first HR Conference took place a year ago. Then the event was devoted to the transformation of the HR function within the port reform, modern global trends in the labor market and aroused great interest among the port community, banking institutions and professional associations, industry unions, public and private stevedoring companies. Representatives of leading consulting and recruiting companies, the State Employment Service, top managers of the largest employing companies in Ukraine: E&Y, Boyden Global Executive Search, National Bank of Ukraine, Myronivsky Hliboprodukt, DTEK Academy, Portinvest participated as speakers.
This year, Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority proposes to take the next step in the development of the maritime industry personnel. HR Conference UKRAINIAN PORTS: PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT will be devoted to the creation of a corporate knowledge management system at port enterprises, modern approaches in the development and implementation of corporate training programs.
The Conference will present successful case studies from leading international and domestic companies. The panel discussion and further exchange of experience will include: Deloitte, Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), Port Antwerp International, Reform Support Team of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service, Delta-Wilmar CIS, NJSC Naftogaz, DTEK, Portinvest, Metinvest, Kernel and other companies.
On the eve of the Conference, Deloitte plans to conduct an anonymous survey of participants on the topic: “Critical competencies and optimal training format” and submit its results for discussion during the conference.
