The Ukrainian Port Forum (UPF) is the flagship event on collaborative financing for port infrastructure development. It is a platform No. 1 for meeting government officials, business leaders, potential investors and international financial organizations to discuss the opportunities and issues of Ukrainian ports development, investing in port and marine infrastructure, development of international cooperation, as well as building an effective model for managing the port industry.
The main idea of the UPF — to gather the most influential representatives of the authorities, the Ukrainian and international business community on the international platform to discuss ways and prospects for implementing joint infrastructure projects in the ports of Ukraine and adjacent regions.
The forum is jointly organised by the Ukrainian Sea Port Authorities in close partnership with the Centre for Transport Strategies (CFTS) and supported by Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, Odesa Regional State Administration.
